The deadline for submitting abstracts for review is 31 December 2008.

The deadline for registering at the conference is 31 January 2009.

1. Registering by Email

To register by fax, please download and print out the DOC version of the registration form and email a scanned copy of the completed form to:

Please note that payment for emailed registrations requires you to either send later a cheque or money order, make a bank transfer or pay at the door.

2. Registering by Postal Mail

To register by mail, please download and print out the DOC version of the registration form and mail the completed form, along with your payment (cheque or money order accepted; please make cheques or money orders payable in Euros) to:

3. Registering by Fax
